The ChinaCare International Women’s and Children’s Hospital (CIWCH) is focused on providing international calibre care to the middle-class Chinese marketplace.  The healthcare that it will provide is based upon international standards for quality of care accompanied by high levels of service, convenience and safety.  It will be affordably priced and recognize the culturally-based expectations of the Chinese marketplace.

CIWCH will be internationally designed in both physical and administrative processes for maximum efficiency and to minimize inconveniences to the patient. The facilities will be maintained to international standards of cleanliness. The care delivery process will be patient-centred and based on the convenience of the patient allowing ample time with the care-giver for questions and discussions.  The attending physician model which is commonly found internationally but is uncommon in China will be the standard for all of the hospitals in the project. 

CIWCH will provide affordably-priced international level care in an environment of superb patient service.  This care will utilize the standards and techniques developed in the international healthcare marketplace over the last 50 years but not developed in China because of the socialized nature of the large public hospitals during that time.
